Grand Ballroom, Tattersall's Club

The Grand Ballroom is made up of three spaces, each named after past Club Presidents - The Templeton Room, The Holdway Room and the Williams Room. 

The Templeton Room introduces natural light from the corner of Queen and Edwards Streets and also includes the use of the private Racing Bar in the corner, perfect for a special birthday function. 

 

The Holdway and Williams Rooms present guests with the ideal spaces to run dual conference sessions, using the Templeton Room as a break out and lunch space.

The Grand Ballroom, with a capacity of 320 guests, allows guests to theme their event using a simple yet elegant canvas. The room has been host to gala dinners, black tie balls and lavish cocktail parties. It's flexible room configuration allows for endless possibilities.

  • How do I organise a function or event?

    Simply fill out our functions enquiry form or contact our Functions Department directly via functions@tattersallsclub.com.

  • Can Non-Members book functions at Tattersall's Club?

    Yes, we welcome functions bookings from Members and Non-Members.

  • Do I have to wear a jacket and tie to functions?

    The dress code for Club functions is corporate or smart casual. View our Club dress code here.

  • Can I build a custom menu for my function?

    Yes, our Functions Co-ordinators will work with you on a menu that suits your budget and requirements.

  • Do you have parking available?

    Yes, we offer discounted parking rates at Queens Plaza and Wintergarden car parks. View parking information here.

  • Is Tattersall's Club's Accommodation available to function guests?

    Yes, function guests are welcome to stay in Tattersall's Club's Accommodation on the evening of their function. View our accommodation section for more information. Tattersall's Club's Accommodation is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
