Members' Bar

The Members’ Bar has long been a meeting place for Members and their Guests and is frequently used for both Club events and private functions. Enjoy a coffee, quick lunch or an after-work drink from Monday to Friday.

Members' Dining Room

The Members’ Dining Room treats guests to the unique style and elegance reminiscent of the Great Gatsby era. The room opened for business in 1939 and is a favourite dining space among Members.

Chandelier Room

Named for its impressive crystal masterpiece hanging elegantly in the centre of the ceiling, The Chandelier Room is perfect for seated events of 12-22 guests. Its doors also open directly to the North Balcony.

Committee Room

The Committee Room provides the ideal setting for a board meeting of up to 12 guests. The North Balcony can be used as a breakout area and overlooks the popular Members’ Bar, the historical home for movers and shakers.

Grand Ballroom

Made up of three spaces, each named after past club presidents, The Grand Ballroom is Tattersall’s most versatile function space, with the capacity to host groups of between 30 and 330 guests.

Healy Room

Dine in understated elegance with winning entries from the Tattersall’s Art Prize adorning the Healy Room’s walls. The open and airy dining room serves lunch Tuesday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to 9pm.

Holdway Room

The versatile Holdway Room can host 10 to 80 guests for events including meetings, seminars, cocktail receptions, luncheons and intimate dinners. It has a dimmable lighting system, in-house PA and infrastructure to accommodate audio visual requirements.

O'Duffy Library

With a veranda overlooking the Queen Street Mall, the O’Duffy Library is ideal for casual business meetings and intimate seated banquet and cocktail events. A coffee cart services the Library and Members can order light meals and drinks from the Members’ Bar.

Needham Room

The Needham Room is a private dining room for parties of eight to 16 diners. The room is immaculately appointed with silk wallpaper, rich red and gold carpet, elegant black leather chairs, a Waterford crystal chandelier and oil paintings by Rubery Bennett.

North Balcony

The North Balcony is an ideal space for up to 60 guests. Located on the internal mezzanine floor overlooking the Members’ Bar, the balcony is a popular ceremony location and can be used as a breakout space when booked with the Chandelier or Committee Rooms.

Templeton Room & Race Bar

The Templeton Room and adjoining Race Bar can cater for up to 100 guests and is the ideal venue for all personal and corporate event styles. It has an in-house PA system, dimmable lighting and infrastructure to accommodate audio visual needs.

Williams Room

The natural light and window alcove overlooking the Queen Street Mall positions the Williams Room as an inviting space for 10 to 70 guests. It has an in-house PA system, dimmable lighting and infrastructure to accommodate audio visual needs.

Wine Room

The Wine Room offers Members and function guests a unique private dining experience among an eclectic, award-winning selection of wine sourced locally and from around the world.

Business Centre

The Business Centre is open daily from 6am to 6pm with five meeting rooms, each named in honour of a founding Club member, available for bookings of up to two hours. Members can access computers, printers and charging stations.
