With two multiple-Chef-Hatted Sydney restaurants under his belt (Banc and Assiette), Tattersall's Club Executive Chef Warren Turnbull is bringing his renowned French haute cuisine skills – and experience as a star chef on national TV - to the stage at Tattersall’s Club.
Learn the technique behind perfecting famous French dishes with a live demonstration, as you enjoy the three course meal Chef Warren will be preparing and talking you through.
A must for lovers of fine dining, come along and learn to cook (whilst enjoying) an entrée of ballontine of salmon, dry aged duck breast main, and passion fruit curd dessert.
