Are you looking to improve your health, lose weight, and enhance your overall wellbeing? Tattersall's Club is partnering with Santé Medical, Paddington, to invite Members to take part in the new Executive Health & Weight Loss Program.
Led by highly experienced doctors and dieticians, the three-month program is designed to help time-poor company executives and private business owners improve diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management, through an individually-tailored program.
The program is run in conjunction with Tattersall's Health & Wellness Centre and Santé Medical, exclusively for Tattersall's Members.
Members will receive a consultation each week with doctors, dieticians, and Tattersall's personal trainers as required to implement and maintain positive changes.
Members are invited to a complimentary information night in the Club, including canapés and details about the program from the Sante Medical and Tattersall's Health & Wellness teams.
