Commemorate Remembrance Day at the Club's annual lunch, in partnership with Tattersall's Defence Interest Group.
Hear from speaker Charlie Crawford, who served as an Australian Army Officer for nearly a decade before working as a military contractor for the UK Ministry of Defence in Afghanistan and Kuwait/Iraq 2003-2004.
Charlie then served as a U.S. Air Force contractor in Afghanistan in 2005-2006, where he helped establish and manage a mini Air America II for the Air Force, covering the wider region with an air network of ex-Soviet military rotary and fixed wing aircraft. Before recently returning to live in Brisbane, Charlie spent 15 years working as a logistics specialist in China.
The event includes a two course gourmet lunch and drink on arrival.
