This August marks 'Queensland Month' at Tattersall's - a showcase and celebration of some of the finest wines and freshest produce sourced from our own backyard. Although Queensland wine has not always had a high profile, we know that is all about to change.

As part of this, come and support local industries, farmers, winemakers, and experience premium Queensland food and wine in a three course dinner featuring local produce, paired with six exceptional Granite Belt wines.

You will be joined by Golden Grove Estate Wine Maker Ray Costanzo, 2019 Queensland Winemaker of the Year; Symphony Hill CEO Ewan Macpherson and Wine Maker Abraham de Klerk; and Brad and Cheryl  Hutchings, owners and Vignerons of Savina Lane.

The dishes have been curated by Tattersall's Executive Chef Warren Turnbull, and the wines hand-selected by Tattersall's Head of Service Delivery Alex Billing and Cellar Manager Sam Holland.
