Encounter interesting blends, alternative varietals and different ways of making wine while enjoying seven courses paired with seven wines in The Mixing Room, led by Silent Noise’s founder and winemaker, Charlie O'Brien.
The son of Helen And Kangarilla Roade, Charlie O’Brien came out of the gate swinging in 2015 while he was still in his final year of school, with his McLaren Vale Label “Silent Noise”. Receiving the Young Gun Wine Award in 2021, Charlie focuses on approachable and affordable wines, with a tongue in cheek attitude that exemplifies the best of new world wine.
