Experience premium wines from the heart of the Barossa Valley with four delicious gourmet courses matched with six fantastic Yalumba wines.
Founded in 1849, Yalumba echoes the same rich history and heritage as Tattersall's Club.
The wines set to be showcased include styles that Members know and love - reminiscent of Torbereck, Kaesler and Mollydooker with bold fruit-forward flavours, elegant use of barrel to structure, and consistent quality.
Expanding on the variety, Viognier and Botrytis Viognier offer incredible palate, structure, and food pairing options.
The artisan four-course menu, curated by Tattersall’s Executive Chef Warren Turnbull, brings out the best in each drop.

• Yalumba ‘Virgilius’ Viognier – paired with Sticky Glazed Pork and Lemongrass Meatballs, with Asian Herb and Peanut Salad
• Yalumba ‘Vine Vale’ Grenache & Eden Valley Syrah – paired with Duck Tagine with Orange Rose Water Cous Cous and Pickled Pomegranate
• Yalumba ‘The Menzies” Cabernet & Yalumba “The Signature” Cabernet/Shz – paired with Slow Cooked Lamb Shank, with Sweet Potato Pureé and Mint Chutney
• Yalumba FSW Botrytis Viognier – paired with Baklava Ice Cream Sandwich
