Julia and Cory

What was the proposal like?
Cory drove us up to Mt. Cootha lookout and kept complaining about how busy it was and trying to find a quite spot. I sort of caught on that he might be proposing but it was very special and sweet nonetheless.
Tell us about your styling…
I really wanted a luxurious, classic and timeless feel in the styling, we found a fabric I liked for the bridal table and Cory said it reminded him of the Gryffindor common room, since we are both big Harry Potter nerds the whole thing kind of took off from there.
What’s the best piece of advice you can give other brides to be?
My biggest piece of advice would be to surround yourself on the day with people you can trust, anyone from bridesmaids to venue staff. You want to be able to trust that everyone else can handle issues that arise to leave you feeling stress free.
Would you recommend Tattersall’s Club to other people getting married?
I would 100% recommend Tattersall’s to other couples. My sister had her wedding at Tattersall’s as well, so I actually tried really hard to find something different. But when comparing price, the beauty of the venue and the attentiveness of the staff, Tattersall’s beat all the others by a mile.
